Died From Exposure is a free browser game by HoneyWired LLC. By playing it, you agree to these terms.

1. The game

The game is provided free of charge, for entertainment, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue it at any time without notice.

2. It's satire

Died From Exposure is a work of satire and commentary about creative and freelance work. Company names, brands, jobs, and scenarios in it are fictional or deliberately generic, and any resemblance to real companies, products, or people is for parody and commentary. Any skylines or landmarks are stylized artistic renderings. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any real company, product, or person.

3. Intellectual property

The game and its code, artwork, and writing are © 2026 HoneyWired LLC, all rights reserved. You're welcome to play it and to share a link to it. Without our written permission, please don't copy, redistribute, sell, rehost, or republish the game or its assets, or reverse-engineer it to build a competing product.

4. No warranty

The game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular use.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyWired LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. It is a game about not getting paid; please do not make financial decisions based on it.

6. Links and third parties

The game links out to Time Heist, the Mac App Store, and honeywired.com. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the current version.
