Gatekeeper
Most Shopify age gates feel like a third‑party widget bolted onto an otherwise nice store: clunky, intrusive, hungry for birth dates, and just slightly off‑brand. We built Gatekeeper because merchants selling age‑restricted products deserved better than that — a gate that looks like it belongs to the store, verifies age entirely in the visitor’s browser, and never asks the merchant to hand over their customers’ personal data in exchange for compliance. It installs in a click, customizes down to colors, fonts, and copy, and quietly tags verified orders inside Shopify so the merchant has a clean record without anything sketchy living on a third party’s server. Privacy by architecture, not by promise — and a gate that feels like part of the brand instead of a tax on it.
