HoneyWired Introduces New Teaser for WWII Most Wanted Art™ Playing CardsUpdated box art and a short film help re-surface the ongoing search for art stolen during World War II

HoneyWired has partnered with the Monuments Men and Women Foundation to introduce a newly updated box design for the WWII Most Wanted Art™ playing cards, supported by a short teaser video that reinforces the project’s historical context and purpose.
The update focuses exclusively on the deck’s packaging, offering a refined presentation for a product that has become an enduring educational tool in museums, classrooms, and cultural institutions around the world.
Produced in collaboration with Thunderlab Production, the teaser video is set inside an old mine—an intentional reference to the underground salt mines and tunnels where the Nazis stored thousands of looted artworks during World War II. The setting features empty picture frames before revealing the deck itself, visually echoing the absence left by masterpieces that remain missing today.
The WWII Most Wanted Art™ playing cards feature 52 stolen or missing works of art spanning the 10th through the 20th centuries. Each card represents a cultural treasure that was looted or targeted during the war, including works attributed to Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Raphael, and other major European artists. All works included in the deck remain unaccounted for.
Since its original release, the deck has been widely used to raise awareness about Nazi-looted art and the continued efforts to recover it. The newly updated box art and accompanying teaser extend that mission—demonstrating how thoughtful design and restrained storytelling can help keep unresolved history visible.
The WWII Most Wanted Art™ playing cards are available now through the Monuments Men and Women Foundation’s online store.
