1. Purpose of the Game
The WWII Most Wanted Art™ Solitaire Game is provided by HoneyWired LLC (“HoneyWired,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No account registration or user profile is required to access or play the Game.
2. Intellectual Property
All game code, design, visuals, card layouts, interface elements, and related content are owned by HoneyWired LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal entertainment only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game
- Reverse engineer or modify the source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Embed, redistribute, rebrand, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or any portion of it
- Create derivative works based on the Game or deck
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Trademark & Brand Ownership
WWII Most Wanted Art™ Playing Cards and WWII Most Wanted Art™ Solitaire Game are trademarks owned by the Monuments Men and Women Foundation and are used with permission.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the WWII Most Wanted Art™ name, associated deck materials, artwork selections, branding elements, and historical references incorporated into the deck remain the property of the Monuments Men and Women Foundation and/or its licensors.
Nothing on this page grants any right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the WWII Most Wanted Art™ trademark or related materials without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. Privacy & Data Collection
A. No Analytics or Behavioral Tracking
HoneyWired does not deploy analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or behavioral profiling tools on this specific Game page. We do not track gameplay behavior for marketing purposes.
B. No Account Creation
We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal identifiers in order to play the Game.
C. Technical Data
Like all web-based services, limited technical information (such as browser type, device type, and server log data) may be automatically transmitted as part of standard website operation. This information is used solely for technical delivery, security, and performance monitoring. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale.
D. Local Device Storage
To remember your preferences and progress between sessions, the Game stores limited information locally on your device using your browser's localStorage feature. This includes items such as your sound preference, selected difficulty, lifetime statistics, achievements, daily-challenge progress, saved game state, and a flag indicating whether you've seen the how-to-play screen.
This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to HoneyWired or any third party, and is used solely to operate the Game's core functionality. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Because this storage is strictly necessary to deliver the Game you requested, no separate consent banner is presented.
If you install the Game as a Progressive Web App, your browser may additionally cache the Game's assets locally so it works offline. That cache contains no personal information and can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage.
E. Cookies
The WWII Most Wanted Art™ Solitaire Game page does not deploy analytics or marketing cookies. If cookies are used elsewhere on HoneyWired.com, those uses are governed by the main HoneyWired Privacy Policy.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Because the Game collects no personal information and stores all gameplay data only on your own device, most data-subject requests are satisfied simply by clearing your browser storage. Where applicable law grants additional rights, the following applies:
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. 6. Children's Use
The Game is suitable for general audiences. HoneyWired does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this page. If you believe personal information has been inadvertently collected, please contact us for removal.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. HoneyWired makes no guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or function on all devices or browsers. Use of the Game is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyWired LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Changes to This Agreement
HoneyWired may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Game page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws afford you greater rights, nothing in this Section limits the protections available to you under those laws, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
11. General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. HoneyWired's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the general HoneyWired Terms & Conditions referenced above, constitutes the entire agreement between you and HoneyWired regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements relating to its subject matter.
Intellectual-Property Concerns. If you believe content on this page infringes a copyright or other intellectual-property right you own or control, please contact us at contact@honeywired.com with sufficient information to identify the work and the alleged infringement so we can respond promptly.
